AI Engineer - AI for Tech

We are seeking a passionate and adaptable AI Developer to join the AI for Technology Team. Our team’s goal is nothing short of redefining the entire technology organization through AI! As a member of the AI for Technology team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing groundbreaking AI-powered tools that revolutionize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from increasing developer velocity to lowering support time, to streamlining operations, along with any other technology used throughout. You will also evaluate tools by building quantifiable test beds for analytical feature comparisons, ensuring that our innovations lead the industry, and be a resource to our global technology teams looking to further leverage AI in their daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered tools to enhance developer productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions throughout the SDLC.

• Evaluate existing tools by constructing and maintaining test beds for analytical feature comparison.

• Stay updated with the latest advances in AI and incorporate relevant innovations into our tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

• Proficiency in Python programming language.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Expertise in prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.

• Passionate about AI and its applications in technology.

• Adaptable and willing to work in a start-up-like environment within a major institution.

• Experience in developing AI solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Experience in developing AI solutions for financial institutions.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.

• Ability to build and evaluate AI models and tools using quantifiable metrics.

Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual’s experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
