Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Contribute to the development and automation of efficient workflows that integrate innovative tools into existing processes. Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions to increase productivity. Ensure that workflows are documented, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Assist in designing, building, and testing AI-driven solutions to address specific business needs. Refine prompts, ensure contextual accuracy, and improve overall performance of models. Research and implement innovative methods to enhance capabilities and applications.

  • Provide insights and updates on the latest trends and advancements in data analytics, AI, and related fields. Proactively bring new ideas and approaches to improve existing systems and solutions. Participate in brainstorming sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and collaborative problem-solving efforts.

  • Support the collection, analysis, and interpretation of datasets to generate actionable insights. Create dynamic dashboards and interactive reports that provide real-time insights into strategic initiatives. Ensure that automated outputs are accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with stakeholder needs.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and automation tasks. Understanding and interest in AI/ML concepts and NLP.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for data visualization and reporting. Exposure to workflow automation tools like Zapier, Alteryx, or similar is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.

  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and explore new technologies, tools, and techniques related to AI, data analytics, and automation. Self-motivated with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive business impact.

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, open to feedback and willing to adapt to new challenges and technologies.

The salary range for this position is:  if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
