We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Data Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns by managing and optimizing our marketing data. The Marketing Data Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team and other cross-functional teams to maintain clean and enriched data, support lead generation efforts, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing operations.

 

As a Marketing Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our marketing database and ensuring that our marketing efforts are targeted, accurate, and effective. You will be responsible for a range of data-related tasks, including contact and account cleanup, data enrichment, and ensuring the accuracy of our records. Your work will directly impact the success of our marketing campaigns and contribute to the growth of our business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enriching all accounts with app related data such as company, parent company, HQ, MAUs, downloads, installs, % paid downloads, all SDKs, etc. 
  • Leverage tools like SEMRush to track and update web traffic for accounts. 
  • Merge duplicate records as necessary to maintain data accuracy. Work with the regional leads to ensure the data is accurate and identify issues with the current account data and work with BizOps to correct the data. 
  • Given a list of accounts, research on platforms like Data.ai, Salesforce, SEMRush, LinkedIn, and Crossbeam, and provide updated information. 
  • Collaborate with the team to identify other ways to streamline processes and support Marketing teams.
  • Assist in periodic database clean up tasks.

 

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Deep experience working with Gsheets and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with data cleansing and maintenance tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with effective communication skills.

This is a contract role and will be employed by a 3rd party employer. This role is not eligible for relocation or visa sponsorship.

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
