Responsible for managing the daily operations of the data staff. Responsible for coordinating data needs of each Academic College. Will serve as the data liaison for all units outside of Enrollment Services. Will support the Associate Director of Data Management for Enrollment Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage the data staff (professional staff, support staff, and student staff) and their activities.
2. Analyze data pulled for the Academic Departments and the University to ensure its accuracy.
3. Develop reports and record keeping requirements necessary for Admissions and Scholarships and Academic Colleges, utilizing Technolutions CRM Slate.
4. Manage and oversee all data imports and standardizations from third party vendors and internal processes from Academic Departments.
5. Perform and oversee data extraction, reports and analysis using Slate CRM for Academic Colleges.
6. Create complex queries and workflows for Academic Colleges and other university departments in the CRM.
7. Build and maintain various reports, dashboards, views and marketing lists in the CRM.
8. Examine and evaluate systems and processes to develop or to improve existing methods for processing and maintaining student information in CRM as well as to improve the workflow process within the office.
9. Build and maintain a list requisition form in Slate.
10. Maintain ticketing process in Slate.
11. Create and maintain portals in Slate.
12. Complete other duties as assigned by the Associate Director of Data Management, Director of Student Recruitment and Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field to the position. Two years of experience in CRM management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a related field. Previous experience with Technolutions CRM Slate. Previous experience managing personnel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Ability to manage data utilizing a customer relationship management system
2. Skill in the use of personal computers and a working knowledge of various software packages
3. Knowledge of methods and procedures used in collecting, analyzing and maintaining computerized data
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Ability to establish rapport with persons from diverse backgrounds.
6. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
7. Ability to effectively communicate with students, faculty, staff, and administrators.
8. Knowledge of HTML
9. Knowledge of C++
10. Knowledge of SQL.
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
1. Frequent - externally imposed deadlines; set and revised beyond one's control; interruptions influence priorities; difficult to anticipate nature or volume of work with certainty beyond a few days; irregular and extended hours may be anticipated; meeting of deadlines and coordination of unrelated activities are key to position.
2. Job frequently requires walking, sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, handling objects with hands.
3. Job requires standing, stooping/kneeling/crouching/crawling, and lifting up to ten (10) pounds.
4. Vision requirements: ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
