We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.
The TikTok E-commerce governance platform product team is located in five countries: China, SG, UK, Dublin, and US, and is responsible for the efficiency and experience of the governance strategy operation, strategy products, and customer service team, building a global governance and control platform and operation tools, and providing efficient product solutions for multi-market and multi-risk scenarios governance.
Roles & Responsibilties
- Apply investigational and analytic skills to monitor, audit, and analyze potential fraudulent cases and consolidate anti-fraud rules
- Design processes and build effective workflows to define characteristics of different fraud types, capture new risk types, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements of existing tools, processes, and models related to fraud management
- Understand the trends and intelligence of fraudulent activities in each market and build intelligence monitoring systems to mitigate fraud
- Define key performance metrics and build detailed reporting models for effective tracking, reporting, and feedback on measures implemented
- Research fraud-related policies and build effective enforcement processes to prevent and penalize bad actors while balancing user experiences
- Supervise analysts and provide guidance on fraud policies, enforcement measures, and influence key stakeholders
- Communicate findings and complex results to key stakeholders and manage timeline of mitigation projects
