What is this position about?  

You'll play a crucial role driving the development and optimization of a multi-layered data product that centralizes anonymized and aggregated marketing interactions. This platform empowers the growth analytics team by enabling faster data preparation through predefined use cases and reporting KPIs across core platforms and partners.

In addition to leading the team, you'll act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication, aligning objectives, and translating business needs into actionable strategies. Your technical expertise will allow you to guide the team, step in when necessary, and deliver high-quality solutions to meet both internal and external expectations.

Job Description

• Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data solutions by leading the team and managing the work output.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document requirements, defining and refining detailed use cases.
• Scope, prioritize, and allocate tasks effectively to maximize team efficiency and meet project goals.
• Guide the team in designing and implementing scalable data architecture models to support diverse use cases.
• Provide technical support when necessary, stepping in to develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines.
• Conduct data analysis to validate and ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Lead and mentor the team of analysts, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and align data solutions with marketing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL is required.
• Strong understanding of Python and its applications in data analysis.
• Experience in digital marketing and/or advertising.
• Strong experience working with cloud technologies, specifically with BigQuery as a must-have.
• Proven experience in task scoping, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Ability to lead and mentor, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable tasks.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis and fulfillment, with the ability to step in when needed.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

What about languages?  

Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!  

How much experience must I have?  

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
