The Opportunity:
Sephora Marketing Effectiveness develops best-in-class full-funnel marketing analytics to optimize marketing strategies and deliver data-driven insights across internal and brand business partners.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Analyst on the Media Insights team, you will analyze, optimize, and provide actionable insights for Sephora's paid media efforts across the Sephora Media Network.
Responsibilities:
- Deliverable Management and Reporting (25%)
- Manage reporting for onsite and offsite media efforts
- Handle ROAS reporting, hindsight/wrap reports, supply forecasting, and category reports
- Engagement and Team Development (20%)
- Collaborate with analytics partners and marketing teams
- Foster personal growth and generate actionable insights
- Analytics Expertise and Innovation (25%)
- Develop expertise in retail media network business
- Generate innovative analytics insights
- Enhance efficiencies through automation and dashboards
- Integration of New Methodologies (15%)
- Integrate new analytics techniques for measuring paid media impact on campaign KPIs
- Strategic Leadership and Process Evolution (15%)
- Lead process improvement discussions
- Track progress towards objectives
- Drive innovation with a goal-oriented mindset
Qualifications:
Experience (2+ years required)
- Marketing analytics, focusing on paid media analysis in beauty/retail
- Media Agency Experience highly preferred
- Data analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Databricks, etc.)
- Paid media channels (search, social, display, video, programmatic)
- Data visualization and reporting (Tableau)
- Data manipulation (SQL, Python, R)
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Communication and project management
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, marketing, advertising, statistics, data science, or related field #LI-SR1
The annual base salary range for this position is $96,390.00 - $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
