The project may involve analyzing data, building PowerBI dashboards, creating documentation, solving customer cases, or testing new business initiatives, products, programs, and processes that are aligned with the organizational strategy. If you have an interest in finance, paired with a problem-solving and client-focused attitude with strong communication skills, we think you would be a great fit in our teams. You will gain valuable, practical, and hands-on knowledge and experience working in our fast-paced, highly collaborative, and creative work environment.
For our Marketplace Technology Client Experience Support Services team we are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst intern who is interested in capital markets, trading, business intelligence, and financial technology, paired with strong analytical/problem-solving skills. The main goal for this role is take part in developing new BI solutions, maintaining, and optimizing existing ones, and actively participating in implementing the overall business intelligence roadmap/strategy within our organization. Additionally, we are looking for a Project manager intern with an interest in finance and technology, paired with a problem-solving, and client-focused approach with strong communication skills.
For our Client Experience/Services team we are looking for a Business analyst with a technical background, who are communicative, analytical, interested in technology and has some previous experience with programming. You will work with engineers and the team to get the Nasdaq Risk Platform onboarding configuration transferred from developers to the team.
What you will bring:
- Studying a program within Information systems, Business, Finance, Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or similar graduating 2026 or 2027.
- Curiosity and interest in capital markets, trading, business intelligence, and financial technology, paired with strong analytical/problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite and interest in technology and IT
- Great verbal and written skills in English
- An ability to engage, communicate, and collaborate with your team and other stakeholders
- A will to contribute to our Nasdaq culture and values
It would be great if you have:
- Experience working in PowerBI, Jira, Confluence or other ticketing tools
- Interest in programming or any scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, Perl, Python, or similar)
- Experience driving initiatives creating meaningful relationships
- Drive to better understand user experience & implement standard processes
- Working experience with reporting, business intelligence, data analytics, or databases

This role is at our Vilnius office, close to a bus stop for easy access and with restaurants and shopping centers close by. The position is on-site in Vilnius, therefore candidates from Vilnius are prioritized in the process. Hourly salary (Gross): 11 EUR.
