The Product Safety – Data Analyst Intern will provide support to the Product Safety department by working on a variety of projects and activities to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of this discipline. This role will work side by side with Product Safety professionals to provide research and solutions during the full life cycle of our products. Interactions will build relationships with various departments, including Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Service, Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations.
YOUR IMPACT
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
· Create and enhance reporting tools for quarterly metrics, including phone activity and ADLF reporting.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders on phone system projects, ensuring timely and efficient communication improvements.
· Develop and maintain a dashboard to visualize team workload.
· Design and maintain a dashboard to monitor campaign metrics.
· Develop a Customer Touch Point Map to identify opportunities for customer engagement.
· Map and analyze current processes for improvements and standardization.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Student working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Operations Management Engineering or other related field.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
· Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
· Experience creating interactive Power BI Reports & dashboards.
· Experience with Business Intelligence/Analytics tools
· Data preparation and validation experience.
· Experience assessing and analyzing existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
· Previous internship experience or work-related experience with Product Safety, Compliance, Reliability, or Improvement Engineering.

Pay Range:
$18.00 - $37.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
