As a Service Business Intelligence Analyst, Global Technical Services Business Intelligence supporting Global Technical Services, you will be trusted to develop and run with data-centered projects. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business operations and strategic initiatives, as well as developing predictive models and generating actionable insights.  You will work closely with various departments to identify business needs, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.  This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data science principles who is eager to grow and contribute to impactful projects. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency by cleaning, transforming, and validating datasets.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
• Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations that make complex data accessible and understandable to non-technical audiences.
• Model Development: Assist in the development and evaluation of predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
• Reporting and Insights: Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights into key service performance metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and operational efficiencies.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights that support business goals.
• Support Business Initiatives: Provide assistance to key business initiatives such as new product launches, acquisitions, and existing product versioning.
• Leadership Support: Work closely with team and regional leadership to provide tools and data needed to support key business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Documentation: Document data processes, methodologies, and code to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and data enhancement to improve reporting and analysis accuracy as well as leveraging new technologies to improve team skillset.
   

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+10 yrs; Assoc.+5 yrs).
• Language: Advanced level of English
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics).  Database management experience with programming languages (i.e. SQL, Python or R). 
• Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of basic statistical concepts and methods.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a data science role or relevant internship experience.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Machine Learning: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as DataRobot.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, or Salesforce.
