Global HR Data Governance, Analytics & AI Director

The Global HR Data Governance, Analytics & AI Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the governance, analytics, and AI initiatives within the HR domain on a global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of HR data management, advanced analytics, and AI technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of global HR data governance frameworks and policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee the integration and management of global Workday data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive AI enablement initiatives to enhance HR processes and decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of HR data with other business systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Provide HR business insights through advanced data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead a team of data analysts and AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Global Workday Data and Governance: Proven experience in managing and governing Workday data on a global scale.
  • Data Governance: Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Analytics and AI: Expertise in leveraging analytics and AI technologies to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Finance and IT teams.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives.
  • HR Business Insights: Ability to translate complex data into actionable HR insights.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
