WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges from our clients.

• Utilize NLP techniques to extract valuable information from unstructured data sources.

• Create AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and process automation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives from our clients and translate them into ML/AI solutions.

• Evaluate model performance and iteratively improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Must have skills: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, and AI, with a focus on practical applications.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with familiarity with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, NLTK).

• Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have:

• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Keras).

• Experience with LLM and GenAI is a plus.

• Previous experience deploying ML/AI models into production environments.
