The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As an Advanced Software Architect, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world working with our AI and Ambient technology driven cutting edge product by:

• Taking on the role of Software Engineer and Architecting/Developing a full stack solution targeted at reducing physician burnout and increasing physician patient engagement.
• Taking ownership of solutions meant to improve the quality of clinical documentation and improve patient care.
• Solving interesting and complex problems using state of the art technology with impactful outcomes.
• Working together with the customers, user experience, and other product groups.
• Participating and making your mark on the team’s software development process

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• High School Diploma/GED from AND 15 years of experience as a Software Engineer

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 7+ years of experience working with one or more modern programming languages Java, C#, JavaScript, Node.JS, Go, Python
• Working knowledge of Cloud based platforms such as AWS/Azure
• Working knowledge of container-based technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes
• Possessing, creative problem-solving skills
• An aptitude to learn new technologies and skills.
• Ability to work independently with good verbal and written communication skills.

• Remote

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
