  • Assists divisional and functional leadership in the identification and execution of improvement projects such as Public Health Accreditation Board activities.
  • Closely work with Performance and Policy Improvement team for all process improvement initiatives including new opportunities with a clear impact on key metrics such as cost, revenue, quality, compliance, etc.
  • Provides project support and training to build capacity for employees at every level of the organization to rapidly and continuously improve the quality of government services.
  • Work with Special Project Coordinators to monitor, prepare financial projections and great related reporting process.
  • Prepares reports and analysis of outcomes data in order to identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives.
  • Assists HHS Leadership Team to assess performance monitoring and implement improvement plans, and to ensure accountability, feedback loops and monitor systems.
  • Prepares summary of results in appropriate format to report to management and quality committee.
  • Responsible for managing the agency’s day-to-day practices guided by the data management cycle model.
  • Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
  • NOTE: This position is funded via grant funds.


MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Public Health or other related field.
  • 5 years experience in public health program enhancement, demonstrated revenue generating potential.   
  • Proven proficiency with both oral and written communication skills.    
  • Organizational skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks a must. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees and elected officials.

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $35.42 - $44.28 hourly based on qualifications

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
