What you will be doing:
We are seeking a self-starting analytical, data driven, systems-oriented candidate who is motivated by learning innovative technologies as it pertains to the world of Human Resources. This role will work closely with the Compensation, HR Technology, HR Operations and Technology teams at Premier.
A large focus will be devoted to the HR Departments new use of Microsoft Copilot and the associated AI functionality. The role will also further explore how we can expand the use of new AI technology from Copilot, Workday, Chat GPT and other technologies across our functions in HR to seek new efficiencies with larger projects and clean up tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Administration – 33%
Participate in salary surveys
Administer and clean up MarketPay (PayScale)
Assist in exporting MarketPay data and uploading to Workday
Review and revise potential Chat GPT/comp portal
Clean up and consolidate Job repository/JDs
Update job profiles within Workday based on JD updates
Potential equity administration/tactical responsibilities
Assist in developing Compensation/Workday connections
HR Chat Bot Development – 34%
Further develop the HR Chat Bot utilizing AI/Copilot technology
Develop strategy and operationalize next phases of HR Chat Bot offerings
Lead testing needs and processes
Metric Development – 33%
Explore AI opportunities to leverage: Data analytics/Story telling
Research benchmark sources and opportunities
Use findings to help streamline metrics to those of highest value/use
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 0 or more yearsEducation:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and interpret data
Ability to quickly learn innovative technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complicated data in easy-to -understand language
Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience:
Previous hands-on experience working with AI technologies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (Copilot experience is a plus)
Familiarity with testing processes of innovative technologies
Experience in compensation administration and HR Operations is preferred, but not necessary
Experience in developing and implementing chatbots
Education:
Obtaining a bachelor’s degree related to data analytics, systems, innovative technologies, etc.
