The Work You Will Do

• The Reporting Specialist using Power BI will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to transform raw data into meaningful insights. This role involves creating and managing interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making across various departments. The specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and ensure the accuracy and relevance of the data presented. Additionally, the role requires proficiency in data modeling, DAX queries, and Power BI service administration to optimize performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

Qualifications 

Requirements: 

• Typically has 3 or more years of consulting and/or industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to work independently, under general guidance
• Ability to lead project deliverables through to completion 
• Experience working in a team environment 
• Professional oral and written communication skills 
• Relevant software or application skills to complete job successfully 
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76.000 to $114,000.
