Overview:

Our team is known as Business Intelligence Technology, and we handle the business intelligence that drives the TOR (Technology Optimization and Realization) organization’s goals of achieving simplification and efficiency across ATS and across the enterprise.

The business intelligence activities for this role will include using data sets for the following functions to enable optimization and other operations:

• Labor strategy
• Contract and vendor management
• Portfolio and financial management
• SDLC and program/project
• Resource capacity and demand

Experience and Qualifications (Requires 3+ years of experience in the following areas):

• SQL (primarily to pull data from MS SQL Server and from Snowflake); PowerBI (to visualize and publish data sets to users)
• SSRS (MS SQL Server Reporting Services, used to provide “canned data dumps” for users’ via live parameterized reporting)
• Other database work or ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) work may be a growth opportunity in this role. 
• Primary ETL technologies used include SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Python, and others.

Education:

• Preferred Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or Sciences; Data Analytics nanodegree; or equivalent experience.

A Senior Data Analyst earns between $118,800.00 - $178,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
