SU ELETRICIDADE is the energy supplier in the regulated market and has around 900.000 customers and €550 million in revenues. Additionally, it ensures the purchase of the electricity to satisfy the client portfolio (330 M€), the acquisition of energy from producers (1.800 M€) and its respective sale on the market (1.300 M€).

What you will do:
Are you passionate about leading Digital, Data and Systems Development teams and want to be part of a leading company in the regulated energy market? This function's mission is to lead the Digital Acceleration, IT-OT Data Management and App Development & Maintenance. It' aims to define the roadmap and backlog of digital and IT initiatives for SU ELETRICIDADE, focusing on efficiency and ensuring regulatory compliance. The function drives the implementation and development of information systems, leveraging digitalization and innovation, as well as the execution of the data governance strategy.
Its objectives include ensuring the lifecycle management of commercial data, maintaining regulatory and legal compliance, enabling internal and regulatory reporting to ERSE and other official entities, and safeguarding access and confidentiality of information. These efforts align with strategic objectives and applicable legislation, contributing to the continuous creation of value for SU ELETRICIDADE. Key responsibilities:
Digital Acceleration:
- Promote Digital Demand based on Value Created;
- To guarantee Digital Roadmap and initiatives Prioritization;
- Promote Digital Mindset and Digital Training;
- Promote Digital Innovation and Digital Expertise;
- Promote Continuous Improvement and Alignment.
Application Development and Maintenance:
- To guarantee Application Development and Maintenance;
- To secure Change and Incident Management;
- To guarantee Capacity Planning and Risk Management;
- To connect with Digital Partners and procurement;
- Promote the Best practices and Alignment.
IT - OT Data Management:
- Promote Data Governance;
- To ensure Data Management;
- To guarantee Data Platforms Development and Operation;
- Promote Advanced Analytics and AI;
- To guarantee Standards and Alignment.
Others:
- DGU SU Business Partner Role, with double report to Digital Global Unit and SU ELETRICIDADE;
- Ensure the management of identities and access rights, in accordance with the current model.;
- Ensure the functions of resource owner and segregation of duties (SoD) approver;
- To guarantee license management;
- Control IT CAPEX and OPEX;
- Prepare regulatory and legal information to be reported to ERSE and other public entities;
- Report group and SU ELETRICIDADE internal information;
- Ensure the updating of the Delegation of Competencies in information systems, in accordance with the Company's Manual and Delegation of Competencies Matrix;
- Lead the discussion and proposal of the Company's IT budget and Business Plan, and the Organizational Unit's budget and Business Plan.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, maths or management, with skills to computer science, systems engineering, or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy sector or other regulated markets;
- Good knowledge of the sector and IT systems supporting energy supply and trading activities is valued;
- Commercial cycle and/or client services experience is valued;
- Experience in management and leading multifunctional teams;
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English;
- Analytical skills to solve complex problems and manage uncertainty;
- Focus on results and contribution to business objectives;
- Ability to inspire and support team development with continuous guidance;
- Creativity and encouragement for innovative solutions;
