A Day in the Life

Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions division is searching for a passionate Applications Analyst to join our growing Operations & Released Project Management teams. The chosen candidate will be a subject matter expert in productivity applications, a collaborative partner, and innovative thinker.

Cardiac Ablation Solutions is developing next generation medical technologies that treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. Our technologies save lives and improves the quality of living for millions of patients across the world by advancing innovation for the diagnosis and ablation of cardiac arrhythmias and enabling clinicians to perform procedures with superior outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Power Platform Development: Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, such as Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.
• SharePoint Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the SharePoint environment, including site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, and security settings.
• Document Management: Oversee configuration and administration in various document management systems. Ensure compliance with our data retention and sensitivity policies.
• Resource Management Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the ResourceFirst environment, including projects, users, and security settings.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Solution Design: Develop technical specifications and design documents for Power Platform, SharePoint, and other solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform, SharePoint, and other applications, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for solutions and procedures.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

Nice to Have: Desired Experience

• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or Engineering
• Experience in the medical device industry
• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, etc.
• Practical experience with Microsoft SharePoint
• Practical experience with PDWare ResourceFirst or similar resource management tool
• Practical experience with Oracle Agile PLM, PTC Windchill, or similar document management tool
