A Glimpse into Your New Role

The SSO Data Analyst’s goal is to bridge the gap in the necessary Sales Operations & Analytics support. By addressing this, the client can ensure comprehensive reporting and analysis that will enable consistent and optimized business operations.

  • Collaborate with vendor leadership to identify key opportunities in the sales funnel and leverage data analytic capabilities to diagnose and implement strategies to solve those opportunities.

  • Build, maintain and continuously enhance all vendor dashboards to enable Global and Regional leads to get transparency and observability on the latest vendor metrics.

  • Capacity Planning

    • Build capacity planning models that will help optimize SLA and ensure all leads are being serviced.

    • Manage staffing and scheduling for all GSV sites across multiple business and geographies.

    • Improve performance to plan by identifying, measuring and managing key metrics related to customer service.

  • Vendor Target Setting: Partner with vendor Global and Regional leads to build quarterly self activation and sales pipe targets for all GSV vendors.

  • Strategic Vendor Deep Dives: Partner with GSV Global and Regional leads to conduct deep dives into areas of vendor underperformance. Review key metrics across the full funnel to determine potential causes of bottlenecks/ process inefficiencies.

  • XFN Alignment: Partner with GTM Analytics and other infrastructure teams to ensure latest definitions of metrics are incorporated in GSV dash/ data is aligned with broader GTM infrastructure.

  • Own building, reporting on, and improving our vendor intraday / daily / weekly / monthly reporting - utilizing Google doc, Excel, and dashboards - with a focus on key KPI’s like staffing, activations, conversion rates and activity metrics.

  • Identify gaps in data availability and collaborate with data engineering to optimize our vendor data structure.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ Years of experience in a highly quantitative business analyst role

  • Expertise in dashboarding tools like Hubble, Tableau

  • Consumer experience (B2C or D2C) is required, and experience in Fintech and / or in a high-growth startup is highly preferred

  • Proven track record of coalescing, measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of performance data

  • Strong SQL skills 

  • Clear communication to be able to take large amounts of information and distill it into actionable insights to present to and influence senior leaders and colleagues

  • Comfort in a high growth, fast-paced environment, with an inclination to proactively identify and solve new problems and learn new skills

  • Organized and proactive in improving processes and driving growth of themselves and high performing teams

  • Bias for action, entrepreneurial mindset, and focus on growth and scale

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and ruthlessly prioritize the most impactful initiatives

Nice to Have:

  • Sales operations role

  • Experience building financial models and forecasting sales volume

  • Experience with data from Salesforce, Segment, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools such as Customer.io
