Product Manager | AI and Machine Learning

Join Epicor as an AI Product Manager, leading our AI team to develop and implement cutting-edge AI/ML use cases that augment human workers and realize our vision of Cognitive ERP. This role is pivotal in driving the integration of AI technologies across our Grow portfolio, enhancing productivity, and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

What you will be doing

• Lead AI Strategy & Execution: Drive the strategic direction for AI/ML initiatives within the Grow portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Oversee the development and execution of AI projects, from ideation to deployment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, data science, and UX/UI teams to deliver AI solutions that enhance the human worker experience. Foster a collaborative environment to innovate and iterate on AI use cases.

• Product Vision & Roadmapping: Define and communicate the product vision for AI/ML capabilities within Cognitive ERP. Develop detailed product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage the product lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery.

• Customer-Centric Design: Leverage human-centered design principles to understand customer pain points and requirements. Ensure AI solutions are usable, valuable, and scalable, providing significant ROI for our customers.

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of AI/ML implementations, identify areas for improvement, and optimize performance. Continuously evaluate market trends and customer feedback to inform product development.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence. Ensure the team is equipped with the resources and support needed to succeed.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to set expectations, provide updates, and advocate for AI initiatives. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and work with Product Marketing to provide sales enablement.

What you will likely bring

• Experience: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful AI products to market. Experience with data analytics and business intelligence is a plus.

• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and human-centered design. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
