About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect - AI, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-enabled solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their business challenges and demonstrating how our AI solutions can deliver value.

This role is primarily remote and typically travels as necessary, up to 40-50%.

We are looking for someone with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. The right candidate delivers presentations and demonstrations with confidence, while listening and understanding the perspective of the customer.

Responsibilities Include:

• Customer & Prospect Engagement: Leading technical discussions with C-level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to communicate Workday's AI vision and strategy including Responsible AI.
• Solution Architecture: Designing and presenting comprehensive solutions that address customer needs, incorporating our AI applications and integrating with existing systems.
• Product Demonstrations: Developing and delivering compelling demonstrations of AI capabilities.
• Leading Voice: Staying informed about AI advancements and contributing as an AI subject matter expert to initiatives such as webinars.
• Translating technical concepts: You'll communicate the power of Workday's AI solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring they understand how AI can drive tangible business improvements.
• Crafting compelling narratives: You'll develop and deliver impactful presentations that showcase how Workday's AI can optimize workforce management, enhance financial planning, and streamline operations.
• Building strong relationships: You'll cultivate trust with clients, acting as a strategic partner who helps them unlock the full potential of AI within their organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience OR hands-on experience supporting AI-powered business solutions.
• 1+ years' experience delivering compelling presentations in person, and online meetings.

Other Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of common cloud architectures, security, reporting, and/or integration standards.
• Proven understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience in applying AI solutions to solve business problems.
• Understanding of ML Ops / CloudOps
• Familiar with AI tools i.e. Python, TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of information security frameworks, integration standards, security standards and scripting languages is beneficial.
• Existing knowledge of Workday application and technical architecture is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science with AI specialization, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
