We are seeking a meticulous and driven HR Data and Reporting Analyst for our team! In this role, you will leverage data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the workforce, informing strategic HR initiatives and business decisions. Collaborate with HR leadership and business stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven questions and actionable insights. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to visualize workforce analytics and track progress on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management: Gather data from HR systems, employee surveys, performance management tools, and other relevant sources.
- Ensure data quality by cleaning, standardizing, and validating information.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to streamline data collection and integration.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize statistical analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in employee data (e.g., turnover rates, engagement levels, performance metrics).
- Conduct predictive modeling to forecast future workforce trends and potential issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention).
- Reporting and Visualization: Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to present data insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to effectively communicate complex data findings.
- Strategic Consulting: Partner with HR teams to develop data-driven solutions for talent acquisition, retention, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform workforce planning and talent development strategies.
- Project Management: Lead and manage people analytics projects from initiation to implementation, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
We are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Statistics, Organizational Development or similar.
- 3-5 years' experience in data analytics and reporting particularly as it relates to HR Metrics
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, regression analysis)
- Expertise in data manipulation and query languages (SQL)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of HR practices and metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and data warehousing concepts. Experience with Workday is ideal.
