About Organization

Security Architecture & Compliance Department is the department that focuses on information security governance and compliance. Among them, the Data Governance Section is the section that manages the information handled by our company from the perspective of data governance (whether the data is being handled appropriately).

Job duties

• Develop and Implement Data Governance Framework

• Define Data Policies and Standards

• Conducting a data review process

• Analysis of Risk Findings in review process

• Stakeholder Collaboration

• Data Governance Education and Training

• Data Privacy Compliance

• Data Governance Metrics and Reporting

Minimum Qualification

• Proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.

• Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, and data security principles.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience managing a DG team.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

• Familiarity with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., APPI, GDPR, HIPAA).

• Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures, and standards.

• Experience with data governance tools and platforms.

• Certification in Data Management or related field.

Languages:

English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 1 - Beginner)
