Junior BI Analyst (all genders) - Lounge by Zalando

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are looking for a Junior BI Analyst to join our dynamic team at Zalando Lounge Content Solutions. As part of a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will support the team in analyzing business data, improving reporting capabilities, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. In this role, you will focus on supporting our BI reporting processes, starting with taking over Celonis reporting, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of Business Intelligence. You will be joining a team of professionals who are committed to delivering impactful results while ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the company.

As a Junior BI Analyst, you will work closely with your colleagues in both the data team and business stakeholders to turn data into insights, ensuring our decisions are backed by accurate and reliable data.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Assist in the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Tableau and Celonis;

• Help the team deliver insights that support business decisions and performance tracking;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate, comprehensive, and effectively communicated;

• Take ownership of Celonis reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;

• Continuously learn and improve your technical skills and industry knowledge;

• Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team and the broader business.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You have some experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) or are eager to develop your skills in this area;

• You are comfortable working with SQL and have a strong willingness to improve your coding skills;

• You have a basic understanding of data analysis and are excited about using data to support business decision-making;

• You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also take the initiative and work independently;

• You are detail-oriented, yet able to keep an eye on the bigger picture.
