Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Manager, AgentForce Development to lead and 
oversee the development of custom solutions on the AgentForce platform within 
Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers to optimize 
agent workflows, automate processes, and integrate AI technologies to improve case 
management efficiency and decision-making. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to 
align business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that AgentForce capabilities are 
maximized across various use cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AgentForce, Apex, and AIdriven automation, as well as a proven track record of managing and collaborating with 
development teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
• AgentForce Platform: Solid experience with AgentForce development, including 
configuring and customizing AgentForce actions (e.g., case routing, task 
automation, agent prompts) to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• PD2,AI Specialist & AI Associate Certification: Must hold valid certifications in 
PD2,AI Specialist and AI Associate to demonstrate knowledge of AI concepts and 
their application within Salesforce, including automation and AI-driven decisionmaking for agents.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team of 
developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality 
standards. Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams such as 
business analysts and product managers.
• Apex & Workflow Automation: Proficiency in Apex development, including the 
creation of workflows, triggers, and custom actions. Skilled at automating business 
processes based on real-time data and defined business rules.
• Custom Actions and Flow: Expertise in creating and customizing AgentForce 
actions and integrating them with Salesforce Flows to automate processes such as 
case assignment, escalation, and agent prompts.
• API Integrations: Experience in developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs to 
enrich AgentForce workflows with external data, driving enhanced decision-making.
• Data Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer 
360) and how to leverage it for AI-powered solutions, managing large volumes of 
data to improve agent actions and outcomes.
• Automation & Scalability: Knowledge of tools like Apex, Process Builder, and Flow 
to automate workflows. Ability to create scalable and maintainable solutions 
across different environments.
• Deployment & Quality Assurance: Experience managing the deployment process, 
ensuring thorough testing, quality assurance, and smooth releases using Salesforce 
DX, Git, and CI/CD practices.

• Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship 
and direction to ensure project goals are met. Foster a collaborative environment to

• AgentForce Action Customization: Customize and implement AgentForce actions, 
including case routing, task automation, and agent prompts, while working closely 
with Salesforce Flows to ensure workflows align with business needs.
• Apex & Workflow Automation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of custom 
Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs to automate business processes within 
AgentForce, such as case assignment and task routing.
• Intelligent Routing & Decision-Making: Implement AI-driven routing strategies that 
consider factors like case priority, customer sentiment, and agent expertise to 
ensure optimal case handling and workload distribution.
• Cross-System Integration: Manage API integrations to bring external data into 
AgentForce workflows, enhancing decision-making by combining data from thirdparty systems and internal sources.
• Scalable & Maintainable Solutions: Ensure that all custom solutions are designed 
with scalability and maintainability in mind, following best practices for version 
control and automated deployment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product 
managers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and 
continuously improve AgentForce solutions based on feedback.
• Deployment & Testing: Oversee deployment activities, ensuring that all 
customizations are thoroughly tested and follow established processes for quality 
assurance and release management.

• Advanced AgentForce Features: Experience with advanced AgentForce features, 
such as dynamic workflow optimization or integrating AI-driven decision models.
