Our Impact:
The Model Data and AI Risk & Governance Senior will play a meaningful role in driving divisional objectives for data governance and compliance as well as implementing the safe and effective use of AI technologies within our firm. You'll collaborate across teams to drive risk management strategies.
Your Impact:
Engage with multiple partners across all divisions and risk domains affording opportunities to build robust relationships across the Enterprise. Responsibilities include:
Information and Technology Risk Management: Oversee and evaluate the division’s information risk, ensuring proper management strategies are in place
Data Governance and Compliance: Implement data governance and model standards and ensure alignment with enterprise metadata capture and compliance requirements
Data Quality Management: Drive data quality improvements, ensure effective data management, and safeguard sensitive information with controls
Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams to enhance data management practices for divisional model partners and collaborate with other divisions to appropriately understand data lineage and cross-divisional data dependencies
Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities to improve efficiency within the data ecosystem and support implementation of a uniform data model, ensuring data is stored in a central location based on common documentation guidelines
Critical Data Management: Identify, manage and maintain workflows for I&CM’s critical model data
Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain management reports related to information risk and governance performance
Qualifications:
5+ years of data governance experience within the financial services industry
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3+ years of experience in operational risk management including exposure to technology risk, information risk and/or model risk
Experience defining and detailing business processes and information flows including metadata and data lineage
Hands on experience with Collibra
Strong knowledge of industry standard processes related to information risk management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $105,000 - $157,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
