HR Data Analyst and Administrator (425298)

Duties

• Undertake research and analysis of human resources related data to enhance the department’s HR information systems and reporting capabilities, ensuring high quality service and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Manager Operational Services to manage and administer the Department’s HR systems and reporting requirements. 
• Develop and maintain various HR reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including the identification of trends, issues and provision advice to management based on analysis of the data.
• Provide appropriate training, documentation, advice and support to stakeholders on HR system functionality, reporting requirements and data analysis.
• Undertake quality assurance and data integrity activities to ensure efficient and accurate payroll, recruitment and establishment service.
• Identify opportunities and assist in the development, implementation and review of broader business services improvement initiatives, including system integration.
