We are seeking a creative, intuitive, and quick-thinking Senior Data Analyst with strong Ad Tech and AdOps experience to join our Production Operations Monitoring team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, big data, and advertising technology to proactively identify gaps in our end-to-end (E2E) production coverage, interpret potential issues before they escalate, and devise innovative monitoring solutions that keep our entire advertising pipeline running smoothly.   What You’ll Do
  • Inventory & Gap Analysis: Take stock of existing monitors and identify coverage gaps in real-time analytics, pipelines, and dashboards. Develop more resilient and intuitive approaches to updating and enhancing these monitors.
  • Data Flow Mastery: Become an expert on MNTN platforms, UIs, databases, data pipelines, and advertising ecosystem to ensure comprehensive, E2E coverage.

  • Innovation & Prototyping: Experiment, prototype, and champion new reporting solutions that push the boundaries of what’s currently available, driving continuous improvement in the platform.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate, triage, and debug data incidents to find root causes and propose prompt, effective resolutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and external clients to translate data findings into actionable product improvements that enhance our advertising technology platforms.
What You’ll Bring
  • 6+ years of data analytics (or similar) experience, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven insights.
  • 2+ years in MarTech or AdTech: Understanding of ad buying, attribution, and analytics in large-scale advertising environments.
  • Hands-On AdOps Experience: Demonstrable know-how in day-to-day ad operations, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
  • Vendor/Client Relationship Skills: 2+ years’ experience in a consultative environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Tableau Expertise: 2+ years creating dynamic dashboards and visualizations that clarify complex data stories.
  • High-Volume Data Skills: Familiarity with large datasets (1B+ records) and data warehousing concepts, with the ability to write scalable, maintainable SQL queries.
  • Data Management & ETL: Working knowledge of database definition languages and ETL processes, enabling you to architect and manage your own datasets for analysis.
  • Advanced Excel: Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills to supplement and validate BI dashboards.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, and adapt quickly to change.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities without losing sight of critical details.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving: Demonstrated track record of creative thinking and quick reasoning to diagnose issues and determine actionable solutions.
