The Business Intelligence & Strategy department of Inter Miami CF is seeking a BI Analyst, Ticket Sales to drive revenue growth and fan engagement by providing data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations. You will play a key role in revenue management by analyzing ticket data, evaluating pricing strategies, and optimizing sales campaigns. Leveraging CRM data, the you will identify opportunities for touchpoint optimization, lead management, and overall revenue maximization. 


 Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive ticketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform strategic decisions. 
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within sales and ticketing data to support revenue growth initiatives. 
  • Conduct daily evaluation of ticket pricing across all products, including season ticket plans, group tickets, and single-match tickets, to optimize revenue and attendance. 
  • Utilize historical and real-time data to analyze ticket sales performance, including projections, pacing, and alignment with team revenue goals. 
  • Leverage CRM data to assist ticketing with campaign design, lead/opportunity scoring, and sales funnel optimization. 
  • Implement strategies for data governance, data hygiene, and predictive modeling to enhance ticketing and sales efforts. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide pricing recommendations and execute strategic adjustments in response to market dynamics. 
  • Deliver ad-hoc projects and analyses related to revenue optimization, campaign performance, and market trends. 


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Finance, Economics, or Advanced Statistics (Master’s degree is a plus) 
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue optimization or related fields, ideally within ticketing, sports, or hospitality industries. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, R, and/or Python. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify actionable insights from complex datasets. 
  • Proven track record of developing data-driven pricing and revenue strategies to meet organizational goals. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with ticketing software (e.g., Ticketmaster) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong advantage. 
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights. 
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making in a dynamic and fast-paced sports organization.
