Position Overview:

• Client: Leading platform connecting buyers, sellers, and renters in industries like powersports, recreational vehicles, aircraft, marine, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment.

• Reach: Portfolio brands cater to over 13 million monthly unique visitors.

• Objective: Deliver state-of-the-art search functionality to enhance the marketplace experience and empower consumer decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns related to inventory data feed.

• Maintain data integrity, innovate on processes, and ensure accuracy for Commercial Solutions customers.

• Collaborate with the Architecture Team to gather data requirements and design solutions.

• Support data movement, aggregation, integration, and quality assurance processes.

• Monitor automated/manual data integration jobs and report on performance.

• Communicate updates and issues to management and customers.

• Assist team members with data integration tools and best practices.

• Set up and manage data integration for new accounts or changes.

• Liaison between Customer Service, Development, Architecture, and Management teams.

• Manage make/model data tables and troubleshoot inventory data issues.

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a stellar client experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data integration

• Proficiency with XML, SSL and FTP

• Advanced English
