The Graduate Data Operations Analyst is a key support role within Experian Digital team, reporting to the Data Operations Manager.
What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian
· A strong mindset focused on driving continuous improvement in operational processes, and workflows.
· Experience with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of SQL (is a bonus!), Confluence.
Work that matters - What you’ll be doing
· You will undertake extensive web research and contribute to building the existing merchant database.
· You will manage data analysis tasks focused on Quality Assurance and support our overseas teams, providing them with regular coaching and technical assistance.
· You will perform quality controls such as offshore team assessments.
· You will assist in maintaining documentation for operational processes

· You will have an understanding of the financial services and banking industry in Australia
· You can employ multiple resources to conduct transaction research and accurately enter information into internal engine.
- You have completed a Bachelors Degree
