Find everything you need to build your dream right here.As a Data Analyst at ArchiPro, you will be a key member of our growing Data team—which includes three Data Engineers—responsible for leveraging our Snowflake data platform to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business questions into effective analytical solutions that inform sales direction, product enhancements, and marketing strategies.
You will be expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of ArchiPro's business domain and data structures. In this role, your strong communication skills, business acumen, and analytical expertise will help shape our data-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with internal teams to understand business requirements and challenges, translating these into data analysis projects and reporting solutions.
- Present complex findings in an understandable way to a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Explore, validate, and analyse large data sets within Snowflake to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive key business decisions, moving away from our legacy Power BI reporting.
- Produce clear, actionable insights that influence marketing effectiveness, product direction, and sales strategies.
- Reporting & Visualisation
- Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new BI and reporting tools, ensuring ease of use, scalability, and alignment with business needs.
- Continuously refine reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy, leveraging automation where possible.
- Data Literacy & Collaboration
- Work alongside the Data Engineers to improve data quality, availability, and governance.
- Advocate for data literacy across the organisation, offering training and support to stakeholders on best practices for data-driven decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements for business intelligence
- Stay up to date with emerging industry practices, tools, and technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of data analytics.
Requirements
- SQL Proficiency: preferably with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse solutions.
- Data Analysis Tools: Advanced skills with spreadsheet (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) with some experience or familiarity with Python or R for advanced applications.
- Data Visualisation: Experience creating clear, insightful dashboards in any modern BI tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage your own projects from requirements gathering through execution and delivery.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal skills to convey complex analytical findings effectively to diverse audiences.
- Business Experience: Familiarity with publishing/digital marketplaces and an interest in the design/build community or related industries will be advantageous.
