Opportunity Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Data Analyst Intern to help design and develop a data visualization and analysis tool that connects factory and field data sources. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data integration, visualization, and analysis, while contributing to improve the quality of Teradyne’s semiconductor installations. The internship duration is spring 2025 (February through May).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data sources, requirements, and objectives.
• Design and implement a data visualization and analysis tool to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
• Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources, including factory operations and field performance databases.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data analysis to uncover patterns, optimize processes, and support decision-making.
• Document methodologies, tools, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Present findings and tool prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and refinement.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Ideally the candidate will be enrolled in a Data Analytics program at the University of New Hampshire.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
