As a Data Marketing Analyst at UWorld, you’ll use advanced analytics to enhance marketing strategies and initiatives. Your expertise in extracting meaningful insights, building predictive models, and developing impactful visualizations will empower the marketing team to make informed decisions, drive customer engagement, and optimize campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to understand goals and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Design and implement statistical models and algorithms to optimize marketing campaigns, such as customer segmentation, churn analysis, and lifetime value prediction.
- Analyze structured and unstructured marketing data to uncover trends, customer behavior insights, and key performance drivers.
- Synthesize cross-channel marketing performance in a cohesive story, inclusive of direct marketing channels (email), Paid channels (Search, Display, Social, Affiliate), and owned channels advertising using clickstream data
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track campaign effectiveness and marketing KPIs.
- Execute A/B testing and multivariate experiments to measure the success of marketing strategies.
- Partner with engineering teams to automate data workflows and ensure the seamless integration of marketing data tools.
- Drive the integration of external data sources to enhance audience targeting and personalization capabilities.
- Clearly communicate insights and strategies to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and storytelling techniques.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring:
- A minimum of 7 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
- Experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Deep knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and customer behavior modeling.
- Working experience in Python, SQL, Big Query, Google Analytics, Data Bricks, Delta Lake, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong skills in pattern recognition, error analysis, and data validation.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, research-oriented team environment with multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in data science or analytics.
- Two or more years of experience leading projects that demonstrate marketing impact and ROI analysis.
