What You’ll Do

The Manager analytics would work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment as both an individual contributor and managing of a highly collaborative team. This position will report into our Global Strategy and Insights Team, and work closely with commercial sales, R&D, finance and several cross-functional partners.  The position is in India.

Major Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of highly productive and efficient analysts, must have strong acumen to coach and troubleshoot the technical issues with the data and tools, synthesize data and create model or fine tune existing models on market trend, epidemiology, or procedure trends.
  • Create, maintain and develop dashboards, dataflows, and reports to provide key information to stakeholders using Power BI, Power Pivot, Python or other modeling tools, this includes but not limited to visualizations for current and adjacent business segments to support global marketing organization to drive business and forward planning.
  • Adopt statistical analysis and forecasting techniques to provide inference on market volumes and shift of care and to correlate various different datasets and create narrative on insights.
  • Project manage multiple work requests and deliverables including internal SharePoint and other Microsoft PowerApps
  • Design, produce and analyze data against operational metrics.
  • Define and develop process to monitor company performance relative to history, targets and the competition through internal data sources, industry data and other publicly available data.
  • Work collaboratively with team to continually develop metrics and reporting that enable rapid understanding of performance relative to goals.
  • Attention to detail while managing competing priorities, tight time pressures, and project budgets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science plus 5-7 years of related work experience with a complete understanding of specified functional area, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Management consulting experience preferred.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree in Technology, Mathematics or Computer Science with management consulting experience
  • Experience in managing people and leadership expectations with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience as an equity research analyst within the healthcare industry or as investment analyst
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and project management skills
  • Prior experience in leading analytics work with visualization tools (e,g. PowerBI, Tableau) to drive insights and recommendations
