Introduction

This role is within the NRM Performance Hub, aimed at delivering top Net Revenue Growth through advanced NRM tools and capabilities. The Customer Data Business Owner will ensure Haleon commercial teams are equipped with leading analytics, planning, and modelling tools, working closely with Business Leads on data requirements to optimize decision-making and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Role

  • Data Owner for “Customer” domain data assets.
  • Advocate and drive best practice data handling and usage.
  • Create and implement best practice data processes in collaboration with Data Governance and other departments.
  • Work with other Data Owners on data governance and accountability principles.
  • Collaborate with Tech & Data teams on Customer Data Foundation framework.
  • Bridge NRM Hub and BU/market with Tech & Data teams for a prioritized data roadmap.
  • Support data accessibility and quality controls.
  • Represent NRM Programme on Data Leadership Councils.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on demand and business priority.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate product vision and progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements

  • Relevant functional knowledge and experience in data and analytics.
  • Proven experience in data and analytics, strategic thinking, thought leadership, and senior stakeholder management.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence beyond direct responsibilities.
  • Manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Clear and concise cross-functional communication.
  • Hold others accountable.

Experience

  • Essential: Excellent data and analytical experience, relationship management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Preferred: Customer sales/commercial team experience, experience working on complex data projects involving multiple change elements.
