Business Intelligence and Analytics Team in Business Development, Commercial & Operations serves as the central hub for aggregating data and insights, providing data-driven analytics to empower informed decision-making and shape future business directions.

We are now looking for 

Business Analyst Summer Trainee 

to join the Business Intelligence and Analytics team, based in Espoo, for a duration of 4-6 months and starting preferably in May 2025, depending on your availability. 

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making process. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and develop interactive reports and dashboards using state-of-the-art technologies.

What we are looking for:  

• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset. 

• Experience in analytics and data analysis, with the ability to handle significant amounts of information. 

• Currently in your third year or higher of university studies, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or similar. 

• Some experience with business intelligence platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau. 

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Scala, or R for delivering insights. 

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholder 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
