Banamex Finance Data Senior Analyst C12

This role is part of the Legacy Franchises (LF) Mexico FP&A team that supports the Deposits business with:

• Analysis and insight of financial performance across P&L, Balance Sheet and business drivers.

• Tools, analytical capabilities and data to support planning, business initiatives and reporting.

• Act as a partner to the business in achieving their goals.

The overall objective of the role is to apply analytical thinking, knowledge of data analysis and methodologies to create and analyze reports that gauge business results with forecasted performance as well as ad-hoc analysis.  adhering to Company Policies and complying with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Support month-end process and reporting.
• Support annual and periodic forecasting processes.
• Collect, analyze and get actionable insights of financial data and business drivers to support business and senior management decision-making.
• Work in partnership with teams within and outside Finance to create databases to facilitate in-depth analysis.   
• Automate and enhance FP&A processes and create dashboards using data analytics tools.
• Run analysis and create documentation needed to assure proper the performance of planning models and FP&A processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree in finance, economic or related field.
• Experience in developing processes, attention to detail and working to deadlines
• Proficient in using Data analysis tools, such as SAS, Python and Tableu and Excel.  
• Prior experience of working within FP&A or similar function related.
• Fluent in English

• Licenciatura Ciencia de Datos o Afín.
• Experiencia necesaria y robusta en análisis y presentación de datos principalmente con EXCEL, SQL.
• Deseable Python y SAS.
• Los perfiles que pueden hacer fit con la posición son Data Analyst, Data Science.
• Es un plus tener experiencia en Finanzas pero no indispensable.
• Inglés avanzado, mandatorio y necesario. Interacción global constante.
• El nivel de la posición es senior / C12
• Hibrido 3 días, Santa Fe

• Fundamental skills de comunicación para presentar Insights en inglés y español.
• Skills de programador.
