You'll play a critical role in evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of our health programs, supporting strategic partnerships, and optimizing data processes. Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis on Health and Prevention initiatives using predictive models such as Generalized Linear Models (GLM) or machine learning.

  • Assess the efficacy of Health and Prevention and Preferred Provider initiatives, evaluating outcomes against expectations.

  • Assist in designing experiments for health and prevention pilots, ensuring the correct selection of control and experimental groups.

  • Meet with external vendors to evaluate wellness partnerships and preferred provider offerings.

  • Support ad hoc analyses for the preferred provider network initiative.

  • Develop a deep understanding of LTC data sources to aid in data standardization and consolidation projects.

  • Streamline and automate recurring processes for monitoring the impacts of various initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • ASA or near FSA designation.

  • 4+ years of experience with progressively increasing responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong collaboration skills, including knowledge sharing and guiding others.

  • Ability to design pilots or query data to answer ad-hoc questions or test hypotheses.

  • Capability to present complex analyses and findings at various organizational levels.

  • Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis.

Salary range is expected to be between

$90,225.00 USD - $162,405.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
