As an Experiential Marketing Design and Data Analysis Summer Associate, you will be part of a team that delivers best-in-class in-person and digital experiences for our clients by helping the team maintain systems, analyze data, and make recommendations to event journeys. In this role, you will generate reports and data at the request of the business group, identify technology trends, and propose solutions to keep work processes and systems current. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in analyzing and interpreting data to drive marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement.

 

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

o Builds queries or report templates for end-users.

o Evaluates proposed and existing reports proactively and uses expertise to streamline or develop creative reporting solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.

  • You are a current student pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications and/or Marketing.
  • You have an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date and a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • You have 0 – 2 years of marketing/communications experience and project work that required making data-driven decisions.
  • You have demonstrated strong time management skills to assure that deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
  • You are highly motivated and can maintain composure under pressure.
  • You demonstrate sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for marketing and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights

Hourly Rate: $30.50

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
