We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our growing technology team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-centered digital experiences for our customers and internal/external workers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to create tools that streamline project management, resource allocation, and task dispatch processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our products and shape the future of our UX design efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.
• Design and iterate on user interface for our technology tools, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design patterns, and apply them to enhance the user experience.
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide guidance throughout the development process.
• Maintain design consistency and contribute to the evolution of our design system and guidelines.
• Demonstrate a keen interest in how UX design is influenced by advancements in language models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including complex workflows and task-based interfaces.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, inVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience with user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior designers is desirable.
• Demonstrated interest in exploring and understanding the impact of language models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI on UX design.
