Work you’ll do
We are looking for someone for a project supporting the E&P Innovation & Customer Experience team (EPiCX). This person will work closely with the E&P Innovation Strategist, partners, and other stakeholders to identify problems, shape strategies, and deliver solutions that advance the Agency's objectives and enhance its performance.
Overall, the role works in support of providing strategic guidance, coordination, and delivery of Business Insights for EPiCX Human Capital priorities.
The practitioner should be able to:
- Analyze complex and diverse data and information to generate insights, identify gaps, and propose recommendations.
- Contribute to the storyboarding and development of clear and compelling frameworks, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders.
- Use Excel, Power Point, and Word to create high-quality and executive-level deliverables that adhere to the client’s standards and templates.
- Engage with clients at the front-office level of the Directorate, and their stakeholders, and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Collaborate with other practitioners and teams within the Directorate, and across Deloitte, to leverage best practices, share knowledge, and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement and innovation efforts by providing feedback, suggestions, and lessons learned.

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required with an active polygraph aligned with the end client.
- 4+ years of experience in human capital based data analysis
- 4+ years of experience in PowerPoint and Word
- 4+ years of experience in communication and facilitation
- 1+ year of experience in stakeholder management and/or consulting
- Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Fort Meade, MD.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred:
- Masters degree
- Prior management consulting experience
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Maryland, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Maryland and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,600 - $202,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
