Our team…

The Data Science & AI team is responsible for creating data-driven analytics & insights to propel our customer-facing suite of digital applications. We work closely with the Data Platform & Cloud team, as well as the Digital Portfolio and Product Strategy teams, to develop state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions and elevate the customer experience. Whether it be predictive analytics or GenAI, we use everything at our disposal to maximize value creation for our customers.

During your internship, you will learn:

• Interface with large data sets containing real-world, operational data
• Develop an acute sense of ownership and teamwork
• Participate in daily scrum meetings

During your internship, you will contribute to:

• Brainstorm, plan, and execute Bombardier’s Aftermarket Data Science & AI roadmap
• Develop new and innovative data-driven products & services for our customers
• Build a business case by presenting your solution to upper management

What we are looking for:

• You are familiar with data science & AI in a business context
• You are enrolled in a university degree with a focus on data analytics
• You have knowledge in Python, SQL, Databricks, and Dataiku (asset)
• You are curious, determined, and willing to take initiatives
• You speak and write in English and French (asset)

• Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
• Duration: 4 months
• Virtual or on site 

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
