Student - AI Engineer for Automation Solutions Prague (f/m/d)

We are seeking an enthusiastic AI expert to join our team at Clearstream. As an intern in Post Trade IT at Clearstream Services Prague, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence and contribute to the development and implementation of AI proof-of-concepts (PoCs). You will work closely with our data scientist and project manager to support various AI use cases.

Tasks/responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI models and algorithms
• Collaborate with team members to understand project objectives and deliverables
• Support requirements analysis and designing technical architectures
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets
• Support testing and evaluation of AI models to ensure their accuracy and effectiveness
• Conduct research on the latest trends and developments in AI, document and present research findings
• Ensure ethical AI practices are adhered to in all activities

Qualifications/required skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Experience with programming languages such as Python
• Experience in predictive modelling and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Understanding of cloud services (GCP, Azure, etc.) and cloud architecture principles, including microservices, serverless computing, and containerization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
• Knowledge of working in agile/scrum teams and using Jira, GitHub, Git is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with AI projects or internships
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI
