Allianz Partners offers an exciting 10-week internship program designed to immerse students in the dynamic world of business and insurance. This program provides hands-on experience and opportunities to work on impactful projects with a focus on project management and cross-departmental collaboration. Program Details:

• Start Date: Monday, June 2, 2025
• End Date: Friday, August 8, 2025
• Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

What you do:

As an Actuarial Analyst Intern, you’ll be a key player in our Actuarial department, specifically focused on pricing. This is a project-driven role that offers you a deep dive into actuarial work and data analysis. You’ll have the chance to:

• Collaborate on global projects with cross-functional teams.
• Use actuarial software and tools to support modeling and analysis.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and document your actuarial findings.
• Analyze data and emerging trends to recommend process improvements.
• Contribute ideas and insights to team meetings and ongoing projects.

What you bring:

We’re seeking college seniors or rising seniors pursuing degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, or related fields who:

• Have experience analyzing data and deriving actionable insights.
• Are highly analytical and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Are proactive problem-solvers with a creative approach to challenges.
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Take ownership of their work and strive for continuous improvement.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with R, SQL, or Python is a plus.
