AI Engineer

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions across various business functions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and build scalable AI applications. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing our company’s overall AI capabilities—improving our technology stack, refining processes, and upskilling teams. Location for the role is flexible, preferably close to our premises within Europe or India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement AI Solutions: Work with business units to design, build, and deploy AI/ML models that drive efficiency, automation, and innovation.

• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Understand business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Enhance AI Capabilities: Improve our AI ecosystem by advancing technologies, refining workflows, and fostering AI literacy within the organization.

• Ensure AI Governance & Scalability: Develop robust AI models that align with ethical, legal, and operational standards.

• Implement Software Development Best Practices: Follow software engineering principles, including version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

• Stay Ahead of AI Trends: Continuously research emerging AI technologies and best practices to keep our company at the forefront of AI adoption.

About You  

We’re looking for someone with proven Experience in AI Implementation: demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI solutions in a business setting, delivering tangible impact. Hands-on experience with lakehouse solutions, preferably Databricks. Strong understanding of software development best practices, DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps for AI model deployment. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, computer vision, or other relevant AI technologies. Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure. Ability to understand business needs and align AI solutions with strategic goals.  We also believe that you have a passion for finding innovative AI-driven solutions to complex challenges and  strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and present AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in both verbal and written English
