The Global HR Data Governance, Analytics & AI Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the governance, analytics, and AI initiatives within the HR domain on a global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of HR data management, advanced analytics, and AI technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of global HR data governance frameworks and policies, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Oversee the integration and management of global Workday data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Drive AI enablement initiatives to enhance HR processes and decision-making capabilities.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of HR data with other business systems.
- Develop and execute strategic workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Provide HR business insights through advanced data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead a team of data analysts and AI specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Global Workday Data and Governance:Â Proven experience in managing and governing Workday data on a global scale.
- Data Governance:Â Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
- Analytics and AI:Â Expertise in leveraging analytics and AI technologies to drive business outcomes.
- Collaboration:Â Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Finance and IT teams.
- Strategic Workforce Planning:Â Experience in developing and implementing strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- HR Business Insights:Â Ability to translate complex data into actionable HR insights.
- Leadership:Â Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Communication:Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving:Â Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
