Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting for various Chromebook Program categories, including sell-in and sell-out data

  • Analyze performance data to identify key trends, potential opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Analyze business issues and data challenges internal and external partners face within the retail environment

  • Offer training and support on data analysis tools and reporting processes to ensure optimal utilization

  • Review and edit user requirements, specifications, and business processes to recommend effective solutions

  • Conduct monthly post-mortems on program and product promotions to identify areas for improvement

  • Provide analysis and insights to inform the development of quarterly plans, strategic initiatives, and executive presentations

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive dashboards that enhance visibility into crucial program metrics

  • Develop functional and system design specifications to guide development and testing efforts

  • Formalize business cases, plan projects, and present recommendations to management for approval

  • Regularly communicate progress updates, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders and management

Performance Measures:

  • Achieve or exceed established sales targets and contribute to the program's revenue growth

  • Complete assigned projects, change requests, and reports within designated deadlines

  • Adhere to project budgets and manage external service costs effectively

  • Deliver and gain acceptance of requested functionalities within the program

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Economics, or a related field (preferred)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting

  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Experience with data querying, cleaning, and transformation techniques

  • Ability to interpret, visualize, and communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong team player with the ability to adapt to a client-driven work environment

  • Experience with coding languages like SQL, Python, or R (a plus)

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis platforms (a plus)

  • Comfort presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
