Duties: Generate embeddings for textual data for building a content-based recommender system for serving ads on third-party websites. Apply NVIDIA-RAPIDS cuDF, cuPy, and cuML libraries to efficiently process large datasets and create various NLP applications using GPU acceleration. Employ semantic search methods to understand the article context on a webpage and suggest relevant ads that match the user’s intent and interest. Adopt cuML KNN to identify matching products for a given set of affiliate articles by comparing their features and descriptions. Fine-tune the NLP model to improve the accuracy of the predictions. Scale the model to work for hundreds of millions of Walmart products and thousands of articles. Design and implement recommender systems that enhance the online shopping experience on Walmart.com by leveraging customer data and preferences. Develop two tower models that utilize customer purchase history and engagement data to generate personalized recommendations for recipes. Ideate predictive models that can suggest "goes well with" recipes for a recipe using Word2Vec embeddings. Recommend Walmart products required for a recipe using LLMs and vector search. Develop effective prompts for finding appropriate direct, indirect, and supportive items for each dish on Walmart’s recipe hub. Use classifier models from LLMs and deep learning to classify recipes into various categories. Improve an existing machine learning model using LLMs to map ingredients in a recipe text to corresponding products on Walmart.com. Use SBERT embedding models to rank ingredients in the recipe text to filter pantry items and find essential ingredients to make a recipe. Develop ranking models to enhance recipe search features on Walmart’s recipe hub.
